We cannot connect to the Huawei Health app directly (but we are currently working on an integration), but we can do it via the Google Fit app.
If you have a Google account, we recommend downloading Google Fit and linking it to Treekly.
To connect to Google Fit:
On the Home screen, tap the profile avatar in the upper right corner. Tap "Google Fit" in the "Connect a Device or Service" box.
This will open the Health connector page. Here, tap Google Fit and press Yes when the pop-up box appears.
You will be redirected to the Google login or permissions page (if you are already logged in).
Select all permissions and press Continue.
Return to the Treekly app, and you will be connected to Google.
Then connect the Huawei Health app to Google Fit so that your data can flow to Treekly:
Open the Huawei Health app. Tap the Me button on the bottom right.
Open Data Sharing.
Open Google Fit.
Tap the Link button at the bottom. When prompted, ensure that you select the same Google account you use for syncing to Google Fit and allow all sharing permissions.
NOTE:
Please open both the Huawei Health and Google Fit apps daily for data transmission. Refresh the Google Fit app after 3-5 minutes to ensure the data is updated.
You can also manually sync data from Huawei Health to Google Fit by tapping "Me," then "Settings," and finally "Sync." Please ensure the Auto-sync Data is toggled ON.
We're happy to help if you're running into any problems syncing your steps data to Treekly. You can contact our support team by emailing team@treekly.org
