Android 14 (API 34) or higher.
You do not need to install Health Connect, as it is embedded in Android 14. Please ensure that you uninstall Health Connect via the Google Play Store to prevent any potential clashes between the two instances. The Health Connect app has been uninstalled if you see the "Install" or "Update" button.
Android 9 (API 28) or higher.
You must install the Health Connect app before synchronising your steps with Treekly.
Android 8.1 (API 27) or lower.
Not supported.
Open the Samsung Health app.
Tap "My Page," then the "More" button in the top-right corner.
Tap the “Settings” button.
Scroll down and tap Health Connect - this will open the Health Connect app.
Select app permissions and find Samsung Health.
Within the Samsung Health permissions page, allow it to write Steps and Distance data.
On the Treekly app:
On the Home screen, tap the link icon next to the steps counter.
This will open the Health Connect page. Tap Samsung Health (with the blue heart Health Connect symbol).
The Health Connect screen will open if Treekly does not have the required permissions. Allow Treekly to read the Steps and Distance data.
Select the “I'm ready for Treekly to connect“ checkbox.
Tap Connect.
