Connect to Fitbit

To connect to Fitbit:

1. On the Home screen, tap the link 🔗 icon next to the steps counter.

2. This will open the Health connector page - here tap Fitbit and press Connect when the pop-up box appears.

3. You will be redirected to the Fitbit login page or the permissions page (if logged in).

4. Select Allow all permissions and press Allow.

5. Return to the Treekly app and you will be connected to Fitbit.

Troubleshooting

If the connection between the Treekly app and Fitbi is corrupted, you will need to reset the connection.

To do this, you can manually reset it by:

1. Open the Fitbit app.

2. Tap the profile avatar on the top left corner.

3. Scroll down and tap Connected Apps.

4. Tap Manage Connected Apps.

5. Find Terra(tryterra.co) and press Revoke Access.

Then attempt to reconnect to Fitbit:

1. Open the Treekly app.

2. On the Home screen, tap the link 🔗 icon next to the steps counter.

3. This will open the Health connector page - here tap Fitbit and press Yes when the pop-up box appears.

4. You will be redirected to the Fitbit login or permissions page (if logged in).

5. Select Allow all permissions and press Allow.

6. Return to the Treekly app and you will be connected to Fitbit.
